We are a team of people who know what it is to be dismissed because of our identities and backgrounds. THRIVE Crisis Responders are LGBTQ2S+ (80%), Persons of Color (63%), people living with a disability, neurodiversity, or mental health needs (54%), Trans / Nonbinary (40%), and/or Immigrants (18%).
